Prevailing Wage Rates
On December 19, 2018, the Waukegan Port District passed an ordinance setting the general prevailing rate of wages for laborers, mechanics and other workers contracted in construction of public works coming under the jurisdiction of the Waukegan Port District at the same rates determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, including any revisions made by the Department.
Current Prevailing Wage Rate for Lake County can be obtained from the Illinois Department of Labor.
